Ingredients
Potato ( boiled and cut into round slices ) : 3
Carrot ( boiled and cut into round slices ) : 1
Green peas ( boiled ) : 1 cup
French dressing : as needed
Beetroot ( boiled and cut into round slices ) : 2
Radish ( cut and designed as flower ) : 1
Cucumber (cut into round slices ) : 1
Lime juice : 1½ tsp
Sour cream : 1 cup
Sugar : 1½ tsp
Salt : ½ tsp
Pepper powder : ½ tsp
Method
Mix peas, potato, carrot, french dressing as needed, stir well and refrigerate.
Sprinkle lime juice over beetroot, cucumber, radish and refrigerate.
Beat sour cream, sugar, salt and pepper powder.
In a serving vessel, place potato mix in the centre.
Place beetroot, cucumber, radish around it.
Pour sour cream over the vegetables and serve.
